In this podcasts, Dr. Blevins discusses a recent case of a patient with a macroadenoma resulting in ATCH hypersecretion with hypersecretion of    cortisol, but with very minimal cushingoid features, focusing on the fact that some patients with the disorder don't have the classical physical features.
